A few places will be saved for people who can only join specific workshops in the program – see further details below

This is an invitation to delve into the poetic potential of surrendering to and collaborating with the great forces of the Earth, engaging in a dynamic dance between control and release.

In this workshop we want to spice up our ability to perceive ourselves, our moving body and each other, in order to gain more trust, flow and groundedness in our dances. We will work with games, principles and approaches inspired by movement methods like Ido Portal Movement Culture and Fighting Monkey, and let them meet Contact Improvisation to integrate them directly into partnerwork.
Some moments we will zoom into the layer of the bones and muscles, other moments connective tissue will guide our journey. We will play, explore, dance, challenge each other, go blind and discover.

In dance and life, we seek balance between stability and freedom—between grounding and feeling fully alive. This workshop explores how structure and spontaneity can coexist through presence, body awareness, and connection to the floor and space.
We’ll respond to the unexpected with creativity and joy, practice acrobatic skills, and play with support and flight. Come ready for new pathways, upside-down moments, and expanding your movement vocabulary with aliveness and joy.
